Aid Station Info
2020 105Km information
There will be a total of 7 stations hit during your run. We will have additional food/hot options at Geronimo II, Washington Park II, and Donahue Aid stations. Given our restrictions from the national forest, this will consist of things like uncrustables (pb&j sandwiches), broth, cup of noodles, coffee, hot water, and potato wedges. All items will be prepackaged and single serving. This food will be in addition to the standard sweet & salty snacks we have at aid stations.
All aid stations will have water and gatorade and some will have ice for the hotter portions of the day.
Pine Canyon and Bear Canyon will only include basic snacks, water, and gatorade.
You will have a drop bag at Geronimo & Washington Park which you hit twice so plan accordingly if you think you'll require additional nutrition. Please and thank you.
---------------------------------------
100 Mile: Aid stations are going to be approximately every 5-10 miles with a total of 13 total aid stations along the 100 Mile course. There will be 8 different aid stations with all but 2 aid stations being used multiple times. These same aid stations will be utilized for both the 105K and 35K as well.
Washington Park is the race headquarters and the geographic center of the race course. Runners in the 100 mile will pass through this station three separate times and twice in the 105K.
Hot food items and hot drinks will be available at Washington Park, Pinchot Cabin, Buck Springs and the second time at Geronimo. These 4 aid stations will have additional food items like soup, grilled cheese or quesadilla along with our traditional aid stations of PB & J, bean rollups and a variety of snack and drinks.
Pinchot Cabin and Washington Park will have additional meal options.
Please see the aid station distance chart below as some distances have changed since previous editions of the race.
