Aid Station Info  |  100 MILE  |  42KM

2022 100 mILE information

There will be a total of 10 stations hit during your run. We will have additional food and/or hot options at most of your aid stations from Horton Springs Aid on. This will consist of things like chicken salad or chickpea salad sandwiches, potato soup, quesadillas, pasta, grilled cheese, bean rollups, broth, cup of noodles, coffee, hot water, and potato wedges. This food will be in addition to the standard sweet (m&ms, peanut m&ms, oreos, chips ahoy, gummy worms, etc) & salty snacks (pretzel, lays potato chips, straight salt, etc) we have at aid stations. Most aid stations will have limited fruit such as bananas or watermelon and pb&j sandwich bites.
All aid stations will have water, soda (coke, mt dew, and ginger ale), and gnarly Fuel 2O (electrolyte drink) and some will have ice for the hotter portions of the day.

You can see from the aid station chart that there are a couple of aid stations that are within 5 miles of the next aid because of how the course pans out. We will likely have one of those two be a light aid with basic snacks and hydration while the other will be more substantial.

100 Mile: You will have a drop bag at Fish Hatchery (mile 32), Pinchot Cabin (mile 53), & Geronimo (mile 72.4) so plan accordingly if you think you'll require additional nutrition and/or layers. Please and thank you.

2022 42 KM INFORMATION
42 Km: There are no drop bags, pacers, or crews for your race. Both aid stations will have the standard sweet and salty snacks, soda, water, gnarly electrolyte drink, and some other basic items. There will be a water only table at the Pine Trailhead to take a bit of the edge off but the stretch from Pine Canyon to the trailhead is long and can be warm/hot at that time, so please plan accordingly.
