Rim runners Trail Running Store
We're super excited that the Rim Country now has its own trail running store owned by our good friend Margaret DeHesse and managed by Mogollon Monster 100M finisher, Honey Albrecht. The store is officially open and ready for business! They're on all the proper social media sites and you can head to their website for hours, product info, etc.
Typical hours are 10am-5pm everyday except Sunday when they're closed.

Travel
The race starts in Pine, Arizona which is about 90 miles from Downtown Phoenix. The best option for out of town runners is to fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor and rent a car or jump in with a friend for the drive out of Phoenix. State Route 87 takes you into Payson, AZ and then Pine is about 20 minutes north from there. Typically about 90 minutes to a two hour drive depending on where in Phoenix you drive from.
The Old Pine Parking Area is located on the left (west) hand side of the AZ-87 just before the Pine Trailhead, which is just before the Town of Pine. There is dispersed camping allowed here as well as general parking for runners or anyone leaving their car here during the race. This is the parking lot where the shuttles will pick you up and drive you to the starting line for both the 100 miler and 105K. The 35K will also need to park here but the shuttle is only about 5 minutes and there is an option to walk less than a mile to the starting line at the Pine Trailhead as well.
100 Milers & 105K Runners: If you're traveling to AZ and have transportation (friend or family that could drop you off), you may want to consider finding lodging on Friday night near Christopher Creek area or somewhere on the AZ260, either in Payson or East of Payson to cut down on the drive time to the start. You can get dropped off but they wouldn't be able to park there for the start at this point.

Lodging
Payson has a variety of Best Western and other economy lodging options. Pine is a smaller community but has a few options we'll list here. We'd love for everyone, where possible, to support the Pine Community throughout the weekend. It is a wonderful little community devoid of any major brands and corporations and money spent in Pine typically goes right back into that community. Of course, as the Pine community supports this race and others like it we'd like to in turn help support them as well.
