packet pickup
Packet Pickup will be available Friday September 8th from 4pm-7pm in Pine, Arizona at Old County Inn. It's right off the 87 on the left hand side as you pass into town.
You may also pick up your bib on race morning at the start line beginning just after 5am.
42 Km runners: We will have an opportunity to pick up your bib Sunday morning prior to your race start at the Pine Trailhead.
*Our friends at the Old County Inn are again offering a 1/2 off pint card when you pick up your bib that is good all weekend at either of their restaurants: Old County Inn or the Pinewood Tavern next to the Ponderosa Market in town!*

Drop Bag Drop-off
Do not bring your drop bags Friday night.
If there are spots available, you can register at packet pickup Friday or Saturday morning at the race start beginning at 5:00am.
Drop Bags can be brought to the start for drop off starting at 5:00am Saturday morning. We will not take your drop bags at the Friday night check in.
42 Km: There are no drop bags for this distance.

Race start
Every runner must check in race morning with the race organizer. Even if you picked up your packet prior to race day, please make sure you check in race morning so the race organizers know you are present and starting the race! Check in begins at 5:00 am for the 100 Mile runners.
Shuttle (updated departure times): Parking for all race starts will be at the Old Pine Parking Area which is one mile south of the Pine Trailhead in the town of Pine, AZ. The shuttle from the Old Pine Parking lot to Trailhead 260 (start line) is about 45 minutes and is a $10 fee (paid in advance). We will have the shuttles leave at 4:30am and 4:40am for the 100 milers.
100 Milers: You may be dropped off at Two-Sixty trailhead in the morning but there will be no parking in the main (start line) lot so it would be a drop off/drive thru only situation. Please try to arrive early (5am-5:15am) or after 5:30am to allow for bus drop off. We need to leave plenty of room for the buses to be able to maneuver within this lot and drop off the rest of the runners.
There will be portable restrooms at the Old Pine Parking Lot and the start line locations.
42KM: Your starting point will still be the Pine Trailhead but you will park in this same Old Pine Parking Lot. There will be a shuttle transporting runners from the parking to the start line from 6:05-6:50am, continuously. If you walk from the Old Pine Parking area, it is about .65 miles or 1Km. NO Parking allowed at the Pine Trailhead.
Finish Line Shuttle: As you will be parking ~2 miles from the finish, we will have our staff shuttle to bring runners back to their vehicle periodically.
There will be a mandatory race briefing at 5:50am for the 100 mile.
The 100 mile race starts promptly at 06:00am Saturday September 9th, 2023.
The 42 kilometer race starts promptly at 07:00am SUNDAY September 10th, 2023.
Final cutoff for the 100 Mile is 8:00pm Sunday evening the 10th (38 hours).
